Lawrence Bishnoi who’s being interrogated in the Sidhu Moose Wala homicide case, was also questioned on Monday in regards to the threat letter addressed to Salman Khan and his father Salim Khan.
Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, whose title not too long ago emerged throughout the investigations of Sidhu Moose Wala’s killing, has now been linked to a different high-profile case. As per information company ANI, the gangster, who’s lodged in jail, was questioned by the police on Monday in reference to the threat letter addressed to actor Salman Khan and his father Salim Khan.
The letter, which had been found by Salim’s safety group on Sunday, reportedly contained the initials LB on the finish. The police have questioned Lawrence since he has the identical initials. “The letter in Hindi stated that each Salim Khan and his son would quickly meet the identical destiny as slain singer Sidhu Moose Wala (Tera Moosawala bana denge),” police sources instructed ANI on situation of anonymity. Lawrence was allegedly answerable for sending Salman threats as soon as earlier too, in 2018.
Earlier, the Maharashtra division of Home Affairs upgraded the safety cowl for Salman after the threat letter. The Mumbai Police had lodged the First Information Report (FIR) on Sunday towards an unknown individual for sending the ‘threat letter’.
According to the police, Salim Khan discovered the letter on a bench the place he sits day by day after jogging in the morning. As per police, the place is close to the Bandra Bandstand promenade. He discovered the letter between 7.30-8 in the morning. It was addressed to him and Salman Khan.
Salman, who had travelled to Abu Dhabi for the IIFA Awards 2022, returned to Mumbai on Sunday itself. His brothers Sohail and Arbaaz have been seen visiting him at his home in Galaxy Apartments on Monday night. Reports say that the actor is about to journey to Hyderabad quickly to shoot his upcoming movie Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali.
