The paperwork obtained by PEOPLE, has quoted Sophie’s authorized workforce asserting the wrongful retention of her kids, which started on September 20.Sophie has claimed that she and the singer agreed to declare England their endlessly dwelling in their conversations which happened over Christmas 2022.
Sophie alleged their separation occurred very abruptly after an argument on August 15, which led Joe to file for divorce on September 5 after 4 years of marriage and the actress discovered about their split by the media days later.
According to the paperwork, “The Father has possession of the youngsters’s passports. He refuses to return the passports to the Mother and refuses to ship the youngsters dwelling to England with the Mother.”
The paperwork declare that on September 19, Joe’s lawyer allegedly confirmed to Sophie’s authorized workforce that he wouldn’t be returning the passports and wouldn’t present consent for his daughters to transfer.
