Veg Makhani Recipe: How To Make Veg Makhanwala

Saute the chopped cauliflower, potatoes, beans, carrots and peas. Keep this apart. Soak cashew in sizzling water for 30 minutes. Grind the soaked cashew, chopped tomato, ginger and garlic and make a easy paste.

Heat butter in a pan. Saute tej patta and the tomato-cashew paste. Add turmeric powder, and pink chilli powder and fry the spices. Pour the water and add the inexperienced chilli. Let it cook dinner for some time. Once it thickens and provides the sauteed greens, garam masala, sugar, salt and cream. Combine this with the gravy and take away it from the flame. The veg makhanwala is prepared!
